I don't usually like reading (I'm dyslexic), but the school librarian suggested 'Candy Girl', and I can't believe I read it in one evening! Neither could she when I took it back next day. She thought I'd given up on it – not finished it! Please write another one just like it. Abby, Glasgow

I spied this 'Indie Kidd' book at school at a recent book fair. What happened to Indie with the new girl is EXACTLY what happened to me last year! So I want to say... a) wow for a fab and funny and truthful book, and b) sorry I can't say my name or everyone will know who me (and MY new girl) were... A nutty-for-Indie fan

I picked up 'The Raspberry Rules' because I like Karen's books – I had no idea it was about Rowan Love, the sister from 'Ally's World'. I'm so happy! Rowan's mad diary is just so delicious. You've got to read it! 10/10!! Narinder (14)

I have just started reading the cosmic 'Stella Etc' series, and I'm hooked. I want to wander around Sugar Bay, feed scatty seagulls, follow the mysterious Peaches and hang out with Stella, TJ and the wonderful Bob. (Bob rocks, even if you are reading this and don't know what I'm on about!!) Gigi (Liverpool, The Universe!)

Aahhh!! Why have I never discovered your books before? How can that have happened?!? My older cousin Esme leant me 'Marshmallow Magic & the Wild Rose Rouge' when I stayed at hers and it was the best thing I've read in ages! And better still, I have now found your site and see that there are a whole lot more of your books to read, thank goodness... Leah B xxx

...fantastic! My mum bought me 'Awesomely Ally's World' at the airport on our way out to Majorca, and I'm completely, COMPLETELY hooked on 'Ally's World' now. I mean, I might have been by a pool in Spain, but in my head I was in Crouch End, North London! (How weird is that...?)
