I can't believe I'm writing to you, Karen McCombie!

I love your books so much that if I met you in the flesh, I might just faint. So if you ever pass a girl lying unconcious on the street, clutching a copy of 'Seventeen Secrets of the Karma Club' (my personal favourite), then you can be pretty sure it's me!

Am I weird?

I can't stop stroking the bumpy raspberries on the cover of my copy of 'The Raspberry Rules'.
And when I log on to your site, Karen, I love to watch the buttons swirl round and round.

I found a fairy! (Sort of...)

Hey Karen! In 'The Raspberry Rules', Rowan finds a site called 'Find-Your-Inner-Fairy.com', which I knew is just something you made up for your book. But then last night I Googled it for a laugh, not expecting to find anything, and... well... I found something! It's a very pretty page, by the way...

Raspberry disaster!

I took 'The Raspberry Rules' on holiday and had the great idea of reading it while lazing in the pool, sitting in my giant rubber ring. Great. Till two little boys divebombed on top of me and sent me and the book flying! My dad had to jump in and get it from the bottom of the pool, and Mum left it on the balcony to dry out in the, but all the pages had gone hard and crinkly. Boo! I'm saving up for a new copy, so I can find out what happens after page 45 (as far as I'd got...)

A serious problem!

The thing is, I can't read anyone's else's books except yours. I am addicted. So can you recommend a doctor to help with this serious problem? If not, could you write more, and soon?

Can I have your wallpaper?

I have just watched your video. I think I am in love with your wallpaper. (Is that legal?) I'm now about to make my dad watch your vid, as I have been telling him for ages that I want flowery wallpaper in my bedroom, and he keeps laughing and saying flowery wallpaper is naff. Well, if it's good enough for a famous author then I think it's good enough for me!

The Raspberry Rules

I have been mad, mad, MAD about Rowan Love ever since I read the 'Ally's World' books (my head is as fluffy as hers) and I just about went CRAZY when I read that there was going to be a whole book just about Rowan!! I am going to buy my copy and then sit in my bedroom (under my spangly fairylights) and not come out again till I finish!!

My teacher lives on your road!

Fact 1: I have just re-read ALL the 'Ally's World' books up to number 11 whilst I wait for the next ones to arrive from Amazon.
Fact 2: I LOVE THE ALLY'S WORLD BOOKS!
Fact 3: I came into school on World Book Day dressed as Ally, and my teacher said that she lives on THE SAME ROAD AS YOU, Karen, and that, if there's a street party this year, she'll get a signed 'Ally's World' for me!
Fact 4: For anyone who hasn't read 'Ally's World', all I can say is READ THEM! I tell you, READ THEM!!!!!!!

It's official!!

'A GUIDED TOUR OF ALLYS WORLD' IS THE BEST BOOK EVER!!!!!! My mum says I worship it and I think she's right. Please, please, pllllleeeeeaaaassseeee write more 'Ally's World'! i have read all of them and I am soooooo upset!!! But then again, I'm REALLY looking forward to 'The Raspberry Rules' because Ally (being Rowan's sister and all) might be in it!

...for once upon a time getting in touch with Karen with an e-mail titled 'An Urgent Message of Wowness', because you helped inspire a book called 'An Urgent Message of Wowness' and I'm reading it – yay!!! Also, thank you, Karen McCombie for looking at Harriet Reed's e-mail in the first place because I've heard you only look at some e-mails, is that right? [No, it's not true! I read every single one – I just can't reply to them all! Karen McCombie x]
Anyway, our house is up for sale this week and today its in the estate agents window, but I went and looked at it earlier and it hasn't got a photo of my bedroom up there OR my brother's – THE CHEEK. (Actually, you can leave my brother out of that "THE CHEEK" bit because actually he's REALLY ANNOYING. I wish I had a brother like Tor in 'Ally's World', then maybe he would lose interest in me and start feeding the cat for once. AND (more fantastic news) I'm reading 'Stella Etc' too AND (I wouldn't mind if you stopped there and deleted my e-mail because I think i fell asleep in the middle of that fantastic news . . . snore… oops, sorry). You know, 'Stella Etc' might become my fave, as well as 'Ally's World'. Oh, i could gabble on about 'Bliss...' and 'Sadie Rocks'. Sigh, oh well – I have to go now, unfortunately (or luckily, for your boredom levels) because... well, I could just stay here and gabble on (NOOOO, PLEASE!!) but I won't (phew!!! Don't scare me like that).
