Stella's getting used to her new life in Portbay, but it's still a no-friend-zone (unless you count friends of the weird, furry, catty kind).
So when she spots a scruffy, cute, friendly-looking boy on the beach Stella hopes he might be a potential new mate - him and his barking mad dog, Bob.
But it seems TJ already has some dodgy mates of his own...
